day 43: max cardio condidtioning

NEVER EAT 1 HOUR BEFORE A CARDIO WORKOUT

worst decision of my life thusfar… DAMN I was cramping like it was my time of the month or something. no offence to women. It was baaadd….

but one good thing was that I was sweating ALOT…. hmm….

another thing

DON’T RUN YOUR FIRST 5K IN THE MORNING AND DO A CARDIO INSANITY WORKOUT IN THE EVENING

my roommate did this, and he was just slowly going through the exercises. I kind of felt bad for him :p

Day 39 40 41: all that stuff

I’m just going to lump it all together… it really sucked like, it was just soo hard. I was out of power. it was freaking bad. I was panting, and sweating and just throwing myself all over the place like it was the end of the word. 

truly this is the worst workout I have done till date. 

after, the workouts, I was dying. My stomach was hurting and everything was just tingling… I had really vivid dreams when I slept as well. the whole workout just threw me out of wack like really..

But im still in there. This is the point where your supposed to see results and stuff, so lets see how it goes?

Day 38/60: Max Cardio Conditioning

I must say the exercise was not as tiring as yesterday, but my quads and shoulders are killing me. 

well… they were hurting from last time as well, but now it stings…

but whatever, its all for a good cause. Hopefully it all workouts properly

Day 37/60: Max Plyo Interval

DAAAAMMMNNN!!!

This was haaarrdd!! on top of the fact that it was like 1 hour to start off with, it was suuper intense. 

for now, all i can say is that EVERYTHING HURTS! 

taking a break was not the best idea

Day 36/60: Max interval circuit

Damn this was harrd! 

it feels like day 2 all over again, but I made it, thank God

It was INTENSE.. id been bitching before about the exercises, but this was a whole new level

Day 30-34/60: Cardio Core and Balance

these work outs were good. not too stressful

I dont know if you noticed or not, I have not been blogging for the last week and a half. I had and adenoidectomy, to take out tissue in my nasal cavity that was affecting my breathing quite a bit. 

But im happy, finally back in the loop. It feels good!
